Our Mission

Ending Child Slavery. It’s a worldwide epidemic that affects the development of future generations and it has to stop.

Each day we experience opportunities that are not universal to children living in dire circumstances beyond their control. Child slaves are separated from their families, exposed to abuse, threats, prostitution and dangerous working conditions and denied access to education. For Worth It Project, that type of injustice is simply unacceptable. We want to give hope and opportunity where none exists, that’s what the Worth It Project is all about. We believe every life should be given a chance because every life is valuable.

The Worth It Project’s first project will be to fight child slavery in Ghana, where groups such as International Justice Mission are working to free the nearly 40,000 children supporting the fishing industry around Lake Volta.
